Biomass isn't worth selling anymore. Take it to crude or distillate yourself.

Or stop paying a processor to do it for you. G‑Force cold-ethanol extractors winterize and decarboxylate in-line on 30-minute cycles, and bring 98 percent of the ethanol back for the next run. 300, 600 or 1,200 lb/hr, or built to your throughput.

How much CBD are you leaving in your spent biomass?

  1. 0.5 to 1%

    What stays behind.

On average, 0.5 to 1 percent of the cannabinoids are left in the spent biomass.

  2. 98%

    What comes back.

98 percent of the ethanol returns to the process for the next run.

  3. 30min

    What you add next.

Biomass in, winterized crude out, in your building, on 30-minute cycles. Add wiped-film distillation and crystallization when you're ready to sell distillate and isolate.

  2. Distillate

What comes with the line.

  • Sized to your feedstock and monthly volume before it's quoted.
  • Room design available: layout, utilities and solvent handling.
  • Operators trained on your floor before the first run. No chemistry background required.
  • Support direct from G-Force, the people who built your line.

Questions buyers ask first.

Do I need a chemist to run it?
No. The systems are built for trained operators, and we train yours on your floor before the first run.
What happens to the ethanol?
98 percent is recovered and goes back into the process. Make-up ethanol is a small consumable, not a per-batch cost.
Is winterization a separate step?
No. The extractor winterizes and decarboxylates in-line, so crude comes off ready for distillation.
Will it run as fast as the spec sheet says in my room?
That's why we size the line from your feedstock and volume, and can design the room with it. A rating only holds in a room built to feed it.
Who do I call when something breaks?
G-Force. You get support directly from the people who built your line.
Is owning cheaper than tolling for me?
It depends on your volume and what your processor charges. Your sizing plan puts our quote next to what you pay to toll today. If tolling is still cheaper, we'll tell you.

Get your line sized.

Tell us what you process, how much each month and what your processor charges you now. We'll send back the system that fits and the quote, next to what you pay to toll today. If tolling is still cheaper at your volume, we'll say so.
