Is it worth buying your own extractor? Find out at your volume before you spend a dollar.

Tell us what you process, how much each month and what your processor charges per pound. We'll show you the system that fits and the quote, next to what you pay to toll today. If tolling is still cheaper at your volume, we'll tell you.

A G-Force line, running.

Tired of sitting on your biomass until the processor can run it?

  • You pay per pound, every run, at whatever rate they set this season.
  • At harvest you wait in their queue while your material sits.
  • You take the yield they give you. You can't see what's left in your spent biomass.
  • And when you need a step they can't run, like a distillation they aren't set up for, you go find another processor.

If you make a finished product or own a brand, owning the extraction raises your margin and gives the business a longer life across industries.

Worried your new extractor will run slower than the spec sheet says?

“What if I buy the wrong size?”
We size the line from what you process each month before we quote it.
“Is my room ready?”
We can design the room with the line: layout, utilities, chilling loads and solvent handling.
“I don't have a chemist.”
You don't need one. We train your operators on your floor before the first run.
“Who do I call when it breaks?”
Us. You get support directly from G-Force, the people who built your line.
“What if owning doesn't pay at my volume?”
Your plan puts the quote next to what you pay to toll today. If tolling is still cheaper, we'll tell you.

On the cold-ethanol line

30-minute cycles. Crude comes off already winterized and decarboxylated. 98 percent of the ethanol comes back for the next run. Heating and chilling are included.

We still run our own production on this equipment.

G-Force started as a refinement lab. Running it showed the founders what the industry was short of: industrial extractors that a trained operator, not a chemist, could run, without a long wait for delivery. So they built them, and they've been building them in Colorado since 2019.
