Two configurations.
Option 1 uses steam and vacuum at 10,000 kg of monthly input for conventional essential oils. Option 2 uses hydrocarbon essence extraction at 5,000 kg: the botanical is washed in solvent, the solvent is recovered in the system, and what remains is closer to an absolute than to a distilled oil. In G-Force's estimate, fewer than one fragrance company in a thousand runs this in-house.
